Beautiful, romantic little café with delicious cakes and friendly service

Unfortunately it was closed after a long journey contrary to the internet entry. We were very disappointed

Sooo nice and so nice staff.

We just wanted ice cream to take out ... Unfortunately the staff was a bit stressed and not really friendly. Eat my ice cream somewhere else in the future, because it tastes better too.

We wanted to go to Cafe Constanze today, unfortunately it had closed without any reason ... too bad

The good old Theodor Fontane loved this café and he had good reasons!

This romantic little cafe is highly recommended, because here the owner bakes fresh cakes and tarts every day, which are simply delicious. In summer you can sit comfortably in the romantic garden and enjoy cakes, ice cream, cafes or small dishes. The cafe is only separated from the beach on the lake by a village street. There are enough parking spaces right in front of the cafe. It is worth a trip.

Nice place, but have waited 25 minutes for 2 glasses of wine, although moderate operation. The own conversation was more important than the guests

After 20 minutes we left. Despite attempted eye-catching and decent hand signals no operation wanted to take the order. 2 other couples have left the cafe in front of us without order.

Food & beverage TOP ... service and staff of the restaurant totally disinterested (vlt. Because it was a Sunday ???) ... NO 'good day' ... immediately cash after bringing the order (somehow like a sacking. .. just do not order any more) ... no, 'goodbye' ... very funny atmosphere & ambiance ... because of the reputation of the café more expected ... very sad ... will definitely not visit there ... absolutely not to feel good ... not recommendable 😔

Good Friday at Café Constance and then soup without sausages. Finally someone who upholds the tradition. The cake, the soup, the location, just beautiful. Keep it up and good luck.

Very welcoming and friendly. All homemade cakes. Was delicious.

Excellent cakes, good coffee, nice environment and location. Only criticism that I can do, in an environment so rich in history, I would use beautiful ancient porcelain, instead of the anonymous and ugly brown cups. I definitely recommend it.

A nice cafe, cake, game goulash and espresso were delicious, what more could you ask for! Today it was very cold, but in summer you can sit comfortably in the courtyard.

Beautifully restored building and an impressive dining room. In the back of the garden you can sit comfortably and enjoy the delicious cake. It is served by a funny landlady. This should not be missed.
